Summer Reading Program

Texas Summer Reading Program is designed to encourage school aged children to read during the summer. For every 30 minutes a child reads or is read to, mark off a spot on their reading log. Once 10 spots have been marked off, bring in the reading log and receive an official Texas Summer Reading Program certificate, a prize bag, a ticket to the Victory Ice Cream Celebration, and an entry into the grand prize drawings. Continue reading and receive another grand prize drawing entry for every additional 5 hours of reading.

Imagine your story as we re-visit these classic tales! Each week, we will have an
on-line story reading and a take home activity.

Summer Reading Forms etc... These are all included in your packet available June 1 at the library.
