Support the Library!

There are many ways to help support the Library you love.

Material Donations:

We take gently used DVDs, books, mass-market paperbacks, recent magazines, and  complete puzzles. Please see our Donation Guidelines before donating.

Monetary Donations:

Monetary donations can be given in memory or in honor of an individual or just because you want to support the library. Memorial and Honor donors may request that their donation be used to purchase a book that will include a bookplate. We will do our best to fulfill specific requests, but cannot guarantee that specific titles will be added to the collection. Please fill out our Donation Form and either mail it to us or drop it by in person.

Get a Herman Brown Free Library Book Bag:

Show your support with a sturdy canvas book bag featuring the library’s logo. Bags are available at the circulation desk for a suggested donation of $10.00.

Giving of your time is a great way to support the library! Please check out our Volunteer Opportunities to see which one is the right fit for you.

Be a Friend:

Take your support to the next level and join the Friends of Herman Brown Free Library, an independent 501(C)3 organization that exists to support our library. The Friends support the library through fund raising, operating the Burnet Library Thrift Shop, volunteering at events, and being our voice in the community. Please see their brochure for more information.
